Being alone in a foreign land can be an overwhelming experience. But for those who depend on God, they had a true friend who will go with them anywhere globally that’s Jesus Christ the son of God and through him VOV together we stand and became one family in a foreign land”. The Voices of Victory (V.O.V) S.D.A Singers, its the Seventh Day Adventist Independent Ministry a proudly members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the member/Patner of Vocal Union Acapella Company. The Voices of Victory influenced by the Heritage Singers, Gaither Vocal Band and No Limits Adventist Singers of Johanesburgh,South Africa.

V.O.V  is the results of the merge process between the singers from three Adventist quartets, the Christ Ambassadors (TCA) The Kings Messengers, and No Limits Adventist singers (NLAS) of South Africa.

No Limits Adventist Singers founded in Orlando, SOWETO,  Johannesburg South Africa on 1995 while the Christ Ambassadors and Kings Messenger’s founded in Cape Town on 2003 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology S.D.A Church in Cape Town Campus former Cape Technikon later on the congregation moved to Cape Town River Side S.D.A Church Athlone.

The first V.O.V Founded on 10 November 2003 it had 9 Members, 4 Boys and 5 Girls. Both singers were the students at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology Cape Town Campus former Cape Technikon.

On February 2004 V.O.V got the sponsorship from Netherland and went to the studio and recorded 3 new Albums that include 100 Songs with titled “100 Best Loved Hymns” with the hits Love Lifted Me, The Lily of the Valley, Heveanly Sunlight,I must tell Jesus and the tribute hit Victory in Jesus etc. Since then V.O.V move forward to the international level and spreading the gospel in Africa, America and Europe.

On July 2006 the Ministry officially registered in the Riverside S.D.A Church Cape Town and developed in Dar es salaam,Tanzania after the returning of Bright Warren the Voices of Victory Chief  Executive Founder in South Africa and Tanzania.

The Voices of Victory Tanzania Ministry is supporting and developing evangelism activities and the theme of 7 Days Journey of Salvation originated from the Voices of Victory S.D.A Singers South Africa. The talented singers of the Voices of Victory Adventist in Tanzania it is the results of the merge   process of the selected echoes from Dar es salaam S.D.A Churches and get together under one aim.

From Cape Town,South Africa V.O.V now based in Dar es salaam,Tanzania at Ushindi S.D.A Church Mikocheni B.

Vision:

To be the ambassadors of our respective Seventh Day  Adventist Church and an independent Seventh Day Adventist Ministry at the heart of the Seventh Day Adventist church that will represents Christ globally.

Mission:

To be true Christians, the leading and successful Seventh Day Adventist Independent Ministry who will lead others to Jesus.

Objectives:

• To fulfill the prophesies and revealing the truth.
• Developing the 7 Days Journey of Salvation theme in Eastern Africa.
• To build a sustainable relationship with our God through our loving savior Jesus Christ.
• To promote and develop social cultural tolerance of the Seventh Day Adventist among local and international in Pentecostal churches.
• To work effectively with the local and international evangelists and to build sustainable   relationships with the evangelism governed structures within the Seventh Day Adventist and Pentecostal churches.
• To support and empowering each other spiritually in faithfulness through the word of God.
• Engaging in social responsibility and helping the weak and needy around the community.

Logo: Our logo consists of cross the symbol of Victory and new covenant between God and Men. Flying bird the symbol of the holly ghost and our movement in spreading the gospel through music and fire the symbol of the word of God.

Slogan: Serving God, Loving people, Making Difference and seeking salvation in a world without boarders.

Limited Number of Singers: 16 (8 Boys and 8 Girls):

Each V.O.V dedicated singer is committed to deposit $5/= monthly the fund that will support the mission and other evangelism activities.

Membership: Membership is open to all Adventist and non-Adventist. Partnership, sponsorship and donation are welcome and open to all local & international, believer and non believer, Adventist and non Adventist.

Membership Fee: $10 is compulsory and should be paid once when filling the membership   application form.

Requirements:

· Application form

· 1 Passport size.

· Recognition letter from the church of origin.

Evangelism strategic Planning:

· To provide the service every Sabbath.

· To provide the service at least twice a month in Pentecostal churches.

· To provide the service quarterly out of Dar Region

· To build international network and to do follow up in external events.

· To provide charity services monthly in the prison, hospitals and orphanage centres e.g Dogo Dogo centre, SOS Village etc.
